Culinarium Chef Tekuna Gachechiladze and our cook team are introducing Georgian cuisine on the festival SANI GOURMET, in Greece. Sani Gourmet is an annual celebration of culinary excellence - a festival that brings chefs, tastes and cultures together at Sani Resort. In this it's tenth year, the Sani Gourmet has managed to become something much more than a succesful annual gastronomic event. Indeed, now it has become an institution, which shapes from within its thematic groupings a mosaic of dishes and cultural “interweaving”, promoting discussion and an exchange of views concerning one of the most significant aspects of human civilization: gastronomy.
