All About Cooking Under one Roof:

Culinarium the first georgian cooking school for all food and wine lovers, easily accessible to all regardless their prior knowledge and cooking ability.
That's why we have decided to launch Culinarium in the heart of Tbilisi, in Sololaki - one of the beautiful districts of our town. Everyone cooks! If you haven't already, it is never too late begin! That's our vision. If you already have some experience in cooking schools or your own kitchen, why not try to enrich your repertoire with some of the most flavourful  Georgian dishes? Our classes range from Asian to European cooking traditions including Traditional Georgian and Supra Nova - Georgian Nouvelle Cuisine. Simply Choose a class of your liking, book and join us! Culinarium modern kitchen is equipped with five hot point, high quality appliances, easy to use kitchen, spacious working room and dining table . All in a friendly and hospitable atmosphere.  
 
In the boutique your can find souvenirs, Georgian cookbooks in English as well as some of the hard to find ingredients we use in for our classes.

Our Instructors

Tekuna Gachechiladze - Founding Chef

Educated in New York's Institute of Culinary Arts, Tekuna returned to Georgia in 2005 and since, she has been head chef of some of the best Tbilisi restaurants: L'Express,Belle de Jour, Vong, Loft and Mandari. Tekuna is creator of Supra Nova - Concept of Georgian Nouvelle Cuisine. She also manages restaurant consulting firm with operations in Georgia and abroad. Tekuna often collaborates with internationally renowned chefs, such as Allan Passard.

Giorgi Chincharashvili - Japanese Cuisine Instructor

Giorgi is one of the most experienced Georgian Itamae - sushi chef. In 2003 he began work in the kitchen of Tokyo Restaurant. In the same year he transferred to Sakura, where he became a head chef - position he held for 10 years. Since 2012 Giorgi is the owner and head chef of Kyoto Restaurant. 

Mamya Jojua - Italian Cuisine Instuctor

Mamya began his career in Heidelberg, Germany where between the years 2006 and 2013 worked in various italian restaurants (Cesarino, Salerno el Calabrese).
2011-12 he was a pizza baker at New American restaurant - Loft. Now Mamya is a head chef of restaurant 11/11 located in Tbilisi Old town.
